High risk mother ward (Laleh)

This unit with twenty active beds, with experienced midwifery staff, is responsible for the care of pregnant mothers with gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension, pyelonephritis, rapture membranes , preterm labor, hyperemesis gravid arum, bleeding, etc.

All staff are trained in such as: Familiarity with the ward, prenatal care for hypertensive or diabetic mothers, breastfeeding education, prenatal nutrition and breastfeeding, preparation for delivery, common pregnancy problems, fetal movement control, true false labor and post-discharge care. In this ward, fetal monitoring is performed by the request of a physician, and if any problems occurs, the physician is informed quickly and patients are managed by her order.
